What does Order Processing mean?

Order processing means we are working to prepare your order for shipment.  Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have a 7-10 day turn around time from the time you place your order.  Custom embroidery and personalized gifts may take longer.  However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within the 10 day turn around time, we will notify you by email.  

Am I able to return items that have been personalized? 

Personalized items and custom orders may not be returned or refunded. However, we want all my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If your item(s) are damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business day of receiving your package.  We will issue you a Return Authorization form for your item to be returned.  We must receive the return within 30 days in the same condition it was received in order for us to issue a refund.
